Have an outline of a plan and some loose ambitions, but it all feels a bit ‘meh’

Don’t want another year of going through the motions
It is time to choose adventure and start your journey to Meet Your Mountain
This is the first event in the ‘Meet Your Mountain’ series and will take place in the Lake District, on the mighty Ambleside Horseshoe, which will challenge you, whilst also giving you time and space to reflect, clear your mind, unlock extraordinary thinking, and reconnect with your vision.
During our adventure on one of the most iconic routes in the Lake District, we will:
Develop your ‘Big Picture’ vision - a version of your future that stirs your soul
Understand exactly what you need to create your best life
Use the power of walking in the mountains to think beyond our usual limits and dream bigger
Take inspired action, and understand the first steps you can take today towards your vision
Say ‘yes’ to adventure
A day in the mountains, taking on a walk that challenges you will give you clarity of thought, new inspirational ideas and the confidence and determination to make them happen
Don’t be trapped by routine
Routine is safe, but it can also be a trap. It’s time to break free of the cycles, routines and beliefs that are keeping your thinking small, frustrating you and holding you back

Set your mind free in the mountains, giving it time and space to create, invent, envision and connect, leaving you recharged, excited and ready to take on the world.
The Route
We will meet in the Apple Pie Cafe in Ambleside at 0915, ready to walk, where we'll walk through what to expect on the day.
We’ll set off from the cafe and walk out towards Rydal, where we’ll begin the ascent of the famous Ambleside Horseshoe.
We’ll tackle two peaks on the way to the high point of Fairfield (873m), where on a clear day, we can see most of the highest and iconic mountains of the Lake District.
We will then round the ‘head’ of the horseshoe, before tackling four more summits on the return to Ambleside.
Post-event, for anyone who wants to staty longer, we will head to a local pub for a well deserved drink and food (not included)

Meet your Guide - Ant
Hi, I’m Ant, and I bring nature, mindset, adventure and business together into incredible experiences and events, designed to get you out of the office and into the outdoors, giving you time and space to unlock extraordinary thinking in extraordinary loactions.
With over 15 years’ of experience in Business Consultancy, Operations and Strategy, I have honed my skills in delivering transformation to individual, teams and organisations, by facilitating workshops, building strategies, coaching individuals and leading teams. This has given me an extensive insight into why transformation succeeds, and importantly, why it fails, and key roles of behavioural change and mindset shifts needed to make it stick.
I am a qualified Mountain Leader, Hill and Moorland Leader, and Outdoor First Aider - as much as I want you to feel challenged and stretched, I want to you to explore your limits in a safe space - your safety is non-negotiable
I have become a leading voice in the role of nature and walking in wellbeing, sharing information based on the excellent research and studies that are starting to bring its benefits to light, and I also share insider knowledge of some of the best routes and walking locations in the UK, which I use to co-facilitate groundbreaking mindset shifts.
