Each month, for a period of 6 months, you and a group of other small business owners, will meet with me for a half-day adventure into the hills for our own Mountain Boardroom, where we will work on:

  • Using the hive mind of the group to work on anything holding you back, and unlock your potential

  • Using nature to regain the clarity, focus and inspiration you need to keep up the momentum

How the Mountain Boardroom Club works…

 

1. You book a free (no obligation) 30-minute breakthrough call to look at your goals for the next year, come up with your first actions, and explore what you can achieve with the Mountain Boardroom Club

 

2.Once you join the Mountain Boardroom Club, we will have a 90-minute 1:1 Walk & Talk Outdoor Workshop to walk through where you are, and where you need support for the year ahead

 
 
 

3. In our first Mountain Boardroom, you will meet the other business owners in the group for a walk in an inspiring location in the Yorkshire Dales, Pennines or Peak District.

 

4. The same group will meet once a month for our Mountain Boardroom in different, epic locations, for a half-day (4 hour) session, for 6 months in total

The Investment

Membership of the Mountain Boardroom Club is £99+VAT per month, for a commitment of 6 months, but for the first group of 6, I’m offering this for £49+VAT per month.

For this you get:

  • A 90-minute, 1:1 Walk and Talk Goal Setting Session before our first group walk

  • A clear and actionable statement of your goals for the next 6 months

  • Once a month, a half-day Mountain Boardroom hike, in an epic location around the North (for 6 months)

  • A private WhatsApp group for us and your group to use whenever you need support, advice or encouragement

  • 1:1 WhatsApp and email support from me whenever you need it

Q. How many people will be in the group?

A. In addition to me, there will be between three and six people in the group

Q. I already work with you for 1:1 Outdoor Coaching - can I join the Mountain Boardroom Club too?

A. The Mountain Boardroom Club is the natural fit to build on the work we do in our 1:1 sessions, and enables you to get both the support and accountability you need to follow through on the goals and actions you set yourself. I’d highly recommend anyone working with me to join the Mountain Boardroom Club, and a discount is available for anyone wishing to do so!

Q. Who else will be in the group? Will they be able to help me?

A. Where possible, I will try to match people who have complementary experience, but who don’t compete directly with each other, however the diversity in the group often provides fresh perspectives and unique views you may not have otherwise considered

Q. Do I need to make every meeting?

A. Joining the group is a commitment to reaching your goals for the next year, and your attendance of the Mountain Boardrooms is key to this. We all have last-minute emergencies we need to deal with, but when you sign up, you do so with the intention of attending every Mountain Boardroom. We will of course strive to choose dates and times that suit everyone.

Q. What happens if I want to continue for more than 6 months?

A. I believe that having on-going accountability and peer support is one of the most powerful assets you can have to drive you and your business forwards. After the initial 6 months, the group has the option to continue together for a further 6 months, or alternatively, you can join another group.

Q. I’d love to set up this group for people within my own company. Can you accommodate these groups?

A. Absolutely, and there is the option to combine this with our Group Strategy Workshops. Please book in a call and we can work together on an approach that meets your needs.
